Why take Synech before plastic surgery

Before surgery, many patients worry about how much swelling they may experience afterward and whether noticeable bruising will occur. This concern is even greater for people who are naturally prone to swelling, as they often wonder how long the recovery period will take. In fact, this is one of the most common questions patients ask before surgery.

At SHE’S Plastic Surgery Clinic, we recommend taking Synech before surgery to help make the recovery process easier. Synech is a medication that helps reduce swelling and bruising that may occur after surgery, supporting a smoother and more comfortable recovery.

During surgery, tissue damage and minor bleeding are unavoidable, which can lead to swelling and bruising. Synech helps reduce these reactions and supports the absorption of fluid that may accumulate in the tissues, helping to minimize swelling and bruising.

How to take Synech:

• Take the red capsule 6 hours before surgery.
• After surgery, take the remaining pink capsules once a day together with your prescribed medications.

Synech is not necessary for every type of surgery. It may be recommended when a larger incision is expected, when there is a possibility of increased bleeding, or when a patient wishes to support a faster recovery.

However, even when taking Synech, swelling and bruising cannot be completely prevented. Therefore, it is important to carefully follow all postoperative instructions provided by your doctor.
